Austin will present time tested do’s and don’ts to help instructors get the most from their virtual training sessions. A model exists for development of psychomotor skills from piano playing to airway management that increases motivation to practice and improves exam pass rates and transfer of skills to real-life situations. Come learn about this model for development of expert performance and see how you can improve the psychomotor skills of your students for a career build on a solid skill foundation. Daily Habits of Clinical Masters – Dave Page - Are you already the best that you can be? Is plain-ol\' "competence" enough for you? So how does one become the best of the EMS best?
