Reducing Opioid Loss of Life (ROLL) Program

In conjunction with SC DHEC Bureau of EMS, the South Carolina Fire Academy is offering course #1821 Reduction of Opioid Loss of Life (ROLL) Program Trainer course on October 22nd, 23rd, and 25th for Fire Departments that wish to participate in the SC DHEC ROLL Program.  This two-hour course focuses on the identification, treatment, and reporting of drug overdoses attributed to opioids, such as heroin and narcotic pharmaceutical drugs.  Participants need only attend one of the six course offerings available over the three day period to be eligible to teach #1822 Reduction of Opioid Loss of Life (ROLL) Practitioner course.  Those wishing to attend must sign up through the SC Fire Portal at https://fire.llrs.gov/Portal/Registration/registration.aspx?crsidnt=65632
